Refund Policy
Transaction Cancellation by Scomot Limited and Scomot Asia Pacific Private Limited
Scomot Limited, a South Korean company, hereinafter referred to as "Scomot", and Scomot Asia Pacific Private Limited, a Singaporean company, hereinafter referred to as "Scomot APAC" reserves the right to cancel a transaction due to product or service quality control or other circumstances which would make the product or service non-viable. If "Scomot" and "Scomot APAC" cancel a transaction, purchasers will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a product of service providing, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer purchase to the same product or service at the new, future date.
Transaction Cancellation by Purchaser
Unless specifically stated on purchase instructions or guides, the deadline to receive a refund for your purchase is within 7 days from the purchase. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for purchasers who choose not to get a product or service. Cancellations will be accepted via email and customer chat, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the purchaser or bank account holder(or beneficiary) or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the purchaser and/or transaction(or invoice) number. Refunds will be transfered back to the original bank account or credited back to the original credit card used for payment. These above policies apply to all products and services sold by "Scomot" and "Scomot APAC" unless otherwise noted in the corresponding purchase instructions or guides. Please read all individual product or service information thoroughly.
